The Fòrum Gastronòmic was set up in Girona from 15th to 17th November to showcase the most creative gastronomy projects during three days packed with activities. Once again this year, pastry making played a leading role in the event, thanks to the participation of prominent speakers and brands from the sector, turning the Aula Dulce into a centre for top-level pastry making creation over the three days. Chocovic had the pleasure of taking part as a collaborating brand.

Chocovic was delighted to have three outstanding chefs for the three workshops run by the company during the Fòrum Gastronòmic. Raúl Bernal opened the Chocovic courses on Sunday 15th with Sweettruck, a workshop in which he showed that confectionery also has its place in a foodtruck with two "takeaway" treats: a flattened brioche with apple, raisins, crumble and chocolate, and a pear, chocolate, cheese and peanut waffle.

Chocolates and Spices by Rafa Delgado was held on Monday 16th. The chef showed us how, by playing with spices and making them part of the world of chocolate, you can get both surprising and delightful results by using various techniques and carefully executed productions (tablets, foams, creamy sauces, etc.).

Sergi Vela was in charge of delivering the last Chocovic workshop with Chocolate and Citrus Fruits: A Winning Combination. During the workshop he showed how to combine the three basic chocolates - dark, milk and white - with citrus fruits like yuzu, lime, lemon and passion fruit. The warmth of chocolate in a pleasant confrontation with the floral notes of the citrus fruits.

During Fòrum Girona 15 we presented the image for the Premium Range, our most exquisite range. At Stand 401, we told visitors about our brand values and the quality of our products for the three days the Fair was running.
